چکیده
جهت ارزشیابی روشهای مختلف هموژنه ایزاسیون خلط برای کشت میکرب سل 200 نمونه از خلط بیماران بستری در آسایشگاه بوعلی به سه روش « ان- استیل- ال - سیستئین» ، « سدیم لوریل سولفات» و « سدیم هیدراکسید (پتروف)» کشت داده شد و نتایج زیر بدست آمد. 1- در 200 نمونه خلط خالص (رقیق نشده) تعداد درصد مثبت ها با روش سدیم لوریل سولفات بیش از دو روش دیگر می باشد. 2- در 200 نمونه خلط مورد آزمایش که به نسبت های 2-10، 4-10 ، 6-10 رقیق گردیده و با سه روش مذکور کشت داده شد بطور کلی میزان درصد مثبت ها در روش ان - استیل - ال - سیستئین بطور قابل ملاحظه ای بالاتر از دو روش دیگر می باشد.
